WHAT IS THE MILESTONES WORKSHOP?
The Milestone Workshop takes what you’d receive if you could sit down to coffee with that friend who has faced the birthday, due date, or other anniversary after her baby died, condensed the conversation into one powerful but easy to listen to audio recording you can take with you on a walk, in the car, or even when you’re up late wondering how you’ll face that day.
You can even take notes, reflect, and write down your next action step in the downloadable Grief Workbook Pages.
Covering everything from what to expect, common challenges, and truths that will encourage you to practical ideas and how to make a plan, this Milestones Workshop is everything I’ve learned over the years as I’ve navigated my own bittersweet milestones.
KIND WORDS
