EXPECTATIONS for all roles

To be a part of The Joyful Mourning Community
To have the desire, capacity and availability to donate your time, talents and skill sets to bring hope and joy to women who are grieving the loss of a baby
To have the desire, capacity and availability to devote the estimated time required to meet the role's job description
To have the desire, capacity and availability for a monthly strategy meeting (not in-person) with the other team members
To have the desire, capacity and availability to communicate with Ashlee and other team members throughout the week using communication tools such as Slack (it's ok if you don't know what this is yet!)
To be willing to commit to 4 months to the role you desire. After 4 months we will reevaluate together if the role is a good fit and if you still have the desire, capacity and availability.

ADMINISTRATOR estimated time required: 1 hour a day

WRITER / CONTENT CREATOR estimated time required: 1-2 hours a week

PODCAST LISTENER estimated time required: 1-2 hours a week

Listen to podcast episodes prior to production
Make note of any key quotes or moments in episode to assist in creating marketing materials for podcast

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER estimated time required: 1 hour a day

COMMUNITY AMBASSADOR estimated time required: 1-2 hours a week
