the milestones workshop

Honest, encouraging, and practical wisdom for you as you face birthdays, due dates, anniversaries of death, diagnosis days, or any milestone that is meaningful to you.

THE MOST ASKED QUESTION FROM GRIEVING MOMS:

“How do I celebrate my baby’s birthday (or due date, anniversary of death, etc.)?”

As grieving moms, we anticipate those days for weeks, months sometimes, before they come, and we often ask questions about and wonder how to practically honor our baby.

We also need the encouragement that you can only receive from moms who have gone before us as we wrestle with all the feelings we have on those milestone days.

What is The Milestones Workshop

The Milestone Workshop takes what you’d receive if you could sit down to coffee with that friend who has faced these days already and condensed the conversation into one powerful but easy to listen to audio recording you can take with you on a walk, in the car, or even when you’re up late wondering how you’ll face that day.

You can even take notes, reflect, and write down your next action step in the downloadable Grief Workbook Pages.

Covering everything from what to expect, common challenges, and truths that will encourage you to practical ideas and how to make a plan, this Milestones Workshop is everything I’ve learned over the years as I’ve navigated my own bittersweet milestones.

Hi friend.

Hi, I’m Ashlee, founder of The Morning, and your friend in this process.

I created the Milestones Workshop because I know what it feels like to wake up on days that feel impossible to face only to wonder what I should do, or if I did too much, or if I’m doing enough to honor my son, Aaden, in Heaven.

And I know I’m not alone.

Every year we hear from hundreds of women asking the same question. How do I celebrate my baby on their birthday/due date/anniversary of death/etc.?

As a grieving mom myself, I know the feeling of anticipating those days for weeks (or months!) before they come and how much I have wanted practical suggestions for how to face them. I know how much encouragement I’ve needed – the kind that can only come from moms who have gone before me – as I wrestle with all the feelings on those milestone days.

That’s exactly why I created this Workshop – to be that friend for you, that other mom who can encourage you and help you think through practical suggestions as you face those special days.
